Family-owned since 1717, the prime focus of the business is the 610-hectare Calthorpe Estate in Edgbaston. The Estate is a dynamic, bustling area for commercial and residential activity. Calthorpe Estates is also responsible for delivering a multi-million-pound regeneration portfolio in Edgbaston, Birmingham. This includes retail and leisure, office spaces and medical developments within their commercial portfolio. All of the regeneration is set to enhance the appeal of one of the country’s most desirable locations in which to live and work.
What Was The Client Looking For:
Calthorpe Estates required the services of a security provider that truly understood their company’s heritage values, whilst being able to provide an efficient security service to their customers, residents and visitors to the Estate. Calthorpe Estates also needed a security provider that could liaise with Birmingham City Council, West Midlands Police and other key stakeholders. Furthermore, a maintenance and management contract was required to oversee and operate a planned maintenance programme, with emergency response to cover, the public space CCTV project within the Edgbaston Business District.
