Renowned for their responsive service and people first culture, it is one of the only Birmingham Hotels offering onsite parking. It is located at the Junction of Five Ways on Hagley Road in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
What Was The Client Looking For:
The Birmingham Marriott Hotel Management Team asked Watch Systems Ltd to administer a system that provided high quality coverage of their car parking area and to improve the security and safety of their guests and visitors. We were also consulted to provide a maintenance proposal to take over existing Internal Analogue System and to provide a Personal Attack Solution for the Hotel.

At Watch Systems Ltd we took the time to fully identify and understand he key security risks for Birmingham Marriott. This information was utilised in designing and installing a Digital CCTV Security System, with the highest quality coverage, that captures the entire Car Park area and both the entrance and exit ramps.
The solution provided is scalable and is interfaced into the Birmingham Marriott Hotels back office systems. Watch Systems Ltd have also taken over the legacy Internal CCTV System and our dedicated maintenance team is only a phone call away if any system fault occurs.

The Results:
Following the installation of the CCTV Security System at the Birmingham Marriott Hotel, there has been a huge improvement to the evidence and footage that is retained by the hotel. The systems footage has already been used to aid the Police in a number of investigations and has provided the confidence to be able to do so for the future.
